2adults with steady and stable full time jobs looking for a small home in cecil county maryland that owners are able to owner finance would be willing to do a balloon date of 7-10 years on the mortgage.we currently cant obtain a bank loan until about xxxx.we prefer a smaller home such as a 2 or 3bedroom rancher,double or nicer singlewide trailer.
